Creative Development

This is where ideas are conceived and put into place. Not all projects require this step from GTP, as it may already been conceived, registered, and summarized by the client.

Depending on the type of project, often times an outline or Treatment of the idea is done. Our Creative Director can write a Pro Treatment you can pitch to any development executive or investor.

No matter the case, we can provide ideas and carry out conceptual development with our clients to move swiftly into the next phase ...

Pre-production

This is where all the planning and preparations are carried out before the project can move into the actual production of making the video. It involves any or all of the following:

  • Project goals
  • Research
  • Budgeting
  • Script writing
  • Storyboarding
  • Pre-interviewing
  • Location scouting
  • Talent casting
  • Art direction
  • Shoot coordination & scheduling
  • Legal logistics (Release Forms, Permits, etc)

Production

Here we have some real fun! We now move into the making of the video -- in High Definition (HD) or Standard Definition (SD), and includes these elements:

  • Producing
  • Directing
  • Script supervision
  • Videography
  • Audio recording
  • Voice-over narration recordings
  • Lighting & Sound
  • Styling
  • Make-up artists

Post-production

This is where the project comes together to a completed video.

  • Logging footage
  • Digital transfers
  • Editing & motion graphics
  • Sound design, sound sweetening, mixing, effects
  • Music composition, mixing / or licensed music

The final step is delivery. We compress the video for the Web into Flash, Windows Media, RealMedia, and/or DVD authoring.
